Hello, my name is Angela Vianello. Let me tell you a little history of Novecento Pasta & Grill. Our restaurant opened its door on January 2, 1995. Our executive chef is Gianpiero Guglielminetti from Omegna Piemonte who has been cooking since he was 8 years of age. Novecento's specialty is Italian food from Northern Italy. Our special dish is called Ravioli della Nonna (Grandma's Ravioli) It is filled with spinach and ricotta cheese and marinated with vodka sauce. It is spectacular!

Our menu has a great variety of dishes, from soups and salads, chicken, steak, fish and desserts. All of the sauces, dressings, desserts, breads and pastas like gnocchi, ravioli, pappardele, tagliolini and others are prepared in the restaurant like our soups, cremes and desserts. In general ALL is prepared with high quality fresh ingridients.
